Production Hi-Lo Driver Reports To:
Materials Manager JOB
Summary:
To support production operations by maintaining the flow of dunnage and components to the presses while scanning in finished product and placing it in designated locations.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures Ensure work cells are stocked with 2 hours worth of empty dunnage Ensure work cells have all components needed to run production while following FIFO Fill out HiLo PV's daily Maintain and contribute to dunnage organization (back room, back patio, ect) Follow 5S standards currently in place on the floor Keep aisles clean of product, if a space constraint exists reference storage location (TN-C057I.
) Aid with materials and cell set up support Scan / Stamp product from production into finished goods inventory Scan product to warehouse location referencing TN-C057I.
(Warehouse location Matrix) Scan and stamp all unscanned product in at the end of the shift Assist with repack support as necessary Aid quality in product audits to prevent spills MINIMUM LEVEL OF EDUCATIONAL & TRAINING:
A minimum of two to four years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
MINIMUM LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Analytical skills Detail oriented, logical, and methodological approach to problem solving.
Demonstrated capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees in a team-oriented environment.
Must be able to operate a Hi/Lo safely.
