As a Team Lead you are responsible for driving company vehicles, managing your team and overseeing the quality of each client on your schedule.

Paid Training ? 1 year experience required in residential cleaning for Team Leaders ? Paid drive time - we pay full cleaning wage while driving! ? Coffee Bar & water Job Requirements of Team Leader & Cleaning Technician ? 18 years of age or older ? Detail oriented and takes pride in exceptional customer service! ? Be able to work independently if needed.
? Possess a valid Driver's License, Car Insurance & reliable transportation.
? Physical energy and stamina to clean multiple homes per day with other team members.
Be able to lift 30 pounds.
The ability to move light furniture.
Be able to bend & clean on your hands and knees.
? Willing and able to work in homes with pets.
? Be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
? Be authorized to work in the US and provide a Social Security number.
We are looking for people that are interested in long term employment & would like to grow within the company.
We will be looking to promote staff who possess strong leadership skills to accept larger roles as we expand.
