) Key Responsibilities - Machine Operator:
Responsible for monitoring, maintaining and operating equipment.
They are also responsible for cleaning and quality-checking their machinery to ensure everything works as it should.
Ability to use and read gages (Attribute gages, micrometers, calipers, optical comparator).
Ability to use basic shop math for making proper machine size adjustments as necessary.
Understanding the importance and demonstrate the ability to produce quality parts within the customer speciation's at the standard production rate.
Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve issues as they arise.
Ability to shut down machine for quality-related problems and get assistance if needed.
Ability to make offsets to machines - Will train.
Blue print reading - Will train.
Ability to change machine tooling and predetermined tool life is expired - Will train.
Must be able to follow procedures and perform efficiently.
Use job related gages; SPC knowledge; and mechanical Job Type:
