Summary:
The Floor Supervisor is responsible for oversight of a part of the production process.
They will follow production standards, create and evaluate production schedules, and ensure timely delivery of all production jobs.
Must have a flexible schedule as hours can vary.
3:
30pm-3am (9-11.
5 hr days dependent on customer needs)Duties/
Responsibilities:
Creates daily work schedules, follows standard manufacturing procedures, and monitors work to meet product specifications and production targets.
Delivers training for new processes or equipment and onboard new employees.
Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Resolves production problems and answers workers' questions about processes, methods, or equipment.
Conduct first-piece quality inspections on all production projects.
Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:
Must have the ability to lift, climb, push, and pull as needed.
May have prolonged periods of walking and standing.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
