With over 800 locations in national development within the states of Michigan, California, Texas, Illinois, Florida, Nebraska, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Virginia and Washington, we have still been able to sustain a home town feel and as such, believe that the only way we can impact our clients is by creating a welcoming family environment for our most valuable resource; our employees.
We are proud to announce a spa manager position opening at our spa location in Chesterfield, Michigan.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this position include:
o A fantastic attitude!
o Excellent customer service ability that allows each client to feel like the most important person in the world for the time you were able to spend with them.
o Passion for team development and hunger to impact client's lives through program management, facilitation and subject matter education.
o Team-centered approach that allows you to interface with fellow co-workers to sustain spa culture.
o Overall general management of your facility that could possess up to 30 employees - all directly reporting to you.
o Frequent coaching and leadership efforts will need to be extended to drive the required company metrics and accountability standards will be directly in your control for overall spa success.
o You will directly recruit, staff and manage your spa location with general management from your district manager.
o You will produce bi-weekly payroll reports and execute paycheck registries to our human resources department.
o Accurate file keeping
o Fantastic at resolving real-time customer service concerns and ensuring that your team follows up on facilitating improvements to the general consumer.
o You will be responsible for meeting deadlines for certain reporting, inventory management processes and from time to time, disciplinary action that could include and lead up to suspension or termination of staff employees.

Requirements for employment consideration for this position:
o High school diploma required - college degree in management, sales or related work experience preferred.
o At least one year of retail sales experience where you dealt with following strategic processes for increasing revenue through sales campaigns, suggestive selling or providing an end result of fulfilling a client need.
o Valid driver's license.
o Reliable transportation.
o Ability to work flexible hours including some afternoon and weekend shifts.
