MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST (127 WG)

This position is located at an Air National Guard (ANG) Group Commander's Support Staff (CSS) unit. This is an Air National Guard (ANG) Dual Status Technician position requiring military membership, compatible military skill assignment, and classification. The primary purpose of the position is an Air Guard Technician enlisted position in the Group Commander's Support Staff (CSS). As such, the incumbent will administer and direct the Group Commander's Support Staff functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Additionally, trains personnel in the accomplishment of tasks set forth herein. 1. Plans, organizes, and oversees the full complement of activities within the Group Commander's Support Staff (CSS). 2. Plans, organizes and executes all Group information management and personnel activities. 3. Manages training programs for administration (3A1X1) and personnel (3S0X1) in accordance with established command guidelines. 4. Serves as the Group point of contact and liaison with the servicing Force Support Squadron on personnel and manpower actions. 5. Prepares and delivers presentations such as briefings, training sessions, and consultations with serviced Commander(s), other staff agencies and functional areas to secure cooperation, resolve controversial matters and convey information. 6. Participates in special studies and projects relating to planning, coordinating, and analyzing the effectiveness/efficiency of the Group CSS in meeting Air Force Administration program goals. 7. Develops CSS consolidated resource plan for staff support to include budget, equipment, computers, supplies and required services. 8. Exercises limited supervisory personnel management responsibilities. 9. Performs other duties as assigned. Verbiage displayed on your resume or application must contain your own words. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
