Supervisory Quality Assurance Specialist (CATEGORY II)

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Additional information about transcripts is in this document. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE STATEMENT:
To qualify for the DE-03 position, applicants must possess at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower payband of DB-02 or GS equivalent grade level which includes managing and executing programs within the DoD Acquisition Life Cycle; with the DoD 5000.02 and its application to major Acquisition Programs. Experience communicating critical information through briefings and written examples. Applying conflict management skills; leading projects and teams towards defined productivity metrics and results in a technical environment. Experience in project management principles and techniques, systems engineering tools and best practices, advanced design methodologies, and risk management. Applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, conduct and document a variety of studies, analyses and reports, including findings, recommendations, and follow-up. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
