To quality for the DB-03 position, applicant's must possess at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower payband of DB-02 which includes managing and executing programs within the DoD Acquisition Life Cycle with DoD 5000.02 and its application to major Acquisition Programs. Experience with situational leadership and conflict management skills; for projects and teams towards defined productivity metrics and results in a technical environment. Experience in applying project management principles and techniques, systems engineering tools; advanced design methodologies, and risk management. Applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to plan, conduct and document a variety of studies, analyses and reports. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
